Flying at the RFC, Wilbury Hills & Weston Village Hall

Due to C-19 restrictions in 2020/21, members needed to log attendance at outdoor sites to help us achieve COVID secure status and support Track and Trace. However, members can now either book in advance or add themselves to the calendar retrospectively.
Members attending indoor flying sessions from 22nd May at Weston Village Hall must book in advance (6 person maximum limit).

How to book your slot
- Click on the date you want to book for in the calendar on the left hand side (RFC in blue, Wilbury Hills in green and Weston Village Hall in pink)
- Click on the green “+ Add event” button (top RH side). A booking window will open (see example below)
- Put your name in the title field, update date and time and select which site you are booking for in the “Calendar” field
- Press the green “Save” button
- Check your booking has been made at the correct date, time and flying site in the calendar
